Are you ready for another World Naked Gardening Day 2019 photo round-up?
I’ve been on my phone all day, looking at the #WorldNakedGardeningDay hashtag. I’m super impressed at the standard of photos this year – plant geeks and gardening enthusiasts all over the world are getting in on the action, and taking it a step further by spreading the word on social media.
It wouldn’t be World Naked Gardening Day without a Mr Plant Geek photo round-up, would it? Just like previous years, I’ve put together a list of my favourite naked gardening photos that you’ve shared on social media. But this time I’ve divided the posts into the best of men’s and women’s. Up next: men’s.
Has yours made the cut? Have a look below!
It’s #WorldNakedGardeningDay This photo is not from today. Today it’s so cold here in Norway that I might not even go out to garden. What I remember best from this photo shoot last summer is that my Calathea warscewiczii got overexposed to light and wilted. (Not a eufemism) 😓🌱 pic.twitter.com/e6s2meVvvQ

It’s #WorldNakedGardeningDay so here’s a photo of Tulipa “Crystal Star”,plus me with a trowel! Mrs H asks why I do it. “It’s to donate to @PerennialGRBS“,I say. “Can’t you donate to Perennial without appearing naked?”,she enquires. My answer: “Well, yes I could; maybe next year”🙂 pic.twitter.com/lWfZto401h
